KT-T160 Truck Tire Changer & KT-B795 Wheel Balancer Combo

Two dedicated machines for mounting, demounting and balancing commercial wheel assemblies.

KATOOL KT-T160 truck tire changer and KT-B795 heavy-duty wheel balancer combo

At a glance: KT-T160 electro-hydraulic tire changer • 14–26 in rim clamping range • up to 62 in wheel diameter and 30 in wheel width on the changer • KT-B795 commercial wheel balancer.

Complete Heavy-Duty Tire Service Package

The KT-T160 handles the tire mounting and demounting stage; the KT-B795 handles wheel balancing after the tire is mounted. The package is intended for professional truck tire shops, fleets, bus service facilities, agricultural service operations and commercial wheel centers. Each machine has its own wheel-size and utility requirements, so check both before ordering.

What Is Included

  • One KT-T160: Electro-hydraulic heavy-duty truck tire changer.
  • One KT-B795: Heavy-duty commercial wheel balancer.

Specific cones, clamps, adapters, tooling and other loose accessories should be confirmed against the seller's packing list for this combo.

KT-T160 Tire Changer: Features

KT-B795 Wheel Balancer: Commercial Wheel Service

The KT-B795 is the balancing half of the combo. After mounting and inflating a tire, position the complete wheel assembly on the balancer using the appropriate mounting hardware, measure imbalance and apply correction weights according to the machine instructions. The balancer supports truck and commercial wheel service; verify the rim diameter, wheel weight, mounting pattern and electrical supply of the exact KT-B795 unit supplied with this package.

  • Separate balancing station keeps mounting and balancing work organized in a commercial tire bay.
  • Designed for larger wheel assemblies than ordinary passenger-car tire equipment.
  • Wheel mounting hardware must fit the wheels you service; verify the included adapters and centering hardware.
  • Request the KT-B795 specification sheet for its exact balancing capacity, rim range, cycle time, power and air requirements.

The manufacturer's publicly linked balancer manual is marked KT-B795L, a different model suffix. Its numeric capacities have therefore not been represented here as verified KT-B795 combo specifications.

Planning Your Service Bay

  • Power: Provide a suitable grounded 220V single-phase circuit for the KT-T160. Confirm the exact KT-B795 electrical configuration separately before installation.
  • Space and handling: Allow room around the tire changer for large wheel assemblies, operator access and movement to the balancer. Plan unloading and placement around the KT-T160's 1,257 lb listed net weight.
  • Fit: Verify both machines' capacities for the specific wheel assembly; a tire that fits the changer may exceed the balancer's limits.
  • Air and accessories: Confirm any compressed-air requirements, mounting adapters and supplied tooling against the final order documentation.

Typical Shop Workflow

  1. Check wheel size, construction and weight against the equipment ratings.
  2. Clamp the wheel on the KT-T160 and use its tire tools for bead breaking, demounting and mounting as directed by the manufacturer.
  3. Inflate and inspect the tire and wheel according to shop procedure.
  4. Mount the assembly on the KT-B795 using the correct centering accessories; measure and correct imbalance.
  5. Recheck the balance and return the wheel to service following the vehicle manufacturer's requirements.

Before ordering: Confirm the KT-B795 specification sheet and the exact included accessories, freight handling and installation requirements for the combo configuration being supplied.
