TopFix AI is our built-in artificial intelligence that interprets fault codes and streamlines the diagnostic process. It provides clear fault code explanations, likely causes, related symptoms, and structured repair steps in one view. When available, wiring diagrams and technical references appear alongside the data so technicians can move directly from fault identification to corrective action.
The ONE supports more than 50 maintenance functions, including resets, adaptations, and calibrations used in routine service work. Functions include Oil/BMS/EPB resets, DPF regeneration, Dynamic ADAS calibration, camshaft learning, relative compression, and other system-specific procedures needed in daily repair operations.
The TOPDON ONE also functions as a J2534 Pass-Thru programmer, allowing technicians to perform OEM software updates and module programming. When connected to a laptop, the ONE VCI serves as the communication interface between the vehicle and the OEM software.
*A compatible laptop and active OEM software subscriptions are required. DoIP system diagnostics are not supported when used with OEM software.
The TOPDON ONE supports CAN-FD and DoIP communication protocols for compatibility with newer vehicle networks. Coverage includes 2013+ BMW, 2016+ VW and Volvo, 2017+ Jaguar, 2018+ Mercedes-Benz, 2020+ GM and Chrysler models, and other systems that rely on advanced communication standards.
The TOPDON ONE supports authorized support for FCA, Renault, Nissan, and other SGW-equipped models. Gain access to coding, active tests, clearing codes, and system-level service functions on supported vehicles. Compatibility includes current and upcoming SGW implementations.
