Urethane grade and urethane quality - contains no alcohol or water. Universal product can be used with virtually any brand of primer, sealer, basecoat or clearcoat that requires a urethane grade reducer. Contains more than 80% active solvents. Use less reducers to achieve the desired viscosity. May be blended to suit various shop conditions.
