Many Class 6 - 8 trucks & commercial vehicles used auxiliary power units (APU) to power accessories & heater units. Some Electric commercial vehicles use APU's to power separate heater units. APU's are powered by Gasoline, Diesel, CNG, Propane fuel sources. Many states require the APU exhaust (CO2 gas) be sampled periodically to comply with efficacy and emissions requirements. ANSED-KANE-EGA1CAB is a single gas portable hand held analyzer designed specifically for these applications. EGA1-CAB uses a specially designed exhaust probe to easily connect to the unique APU exhaust systems. The hand-held portable self-calibrating analyzer only weighs 1.5 lbs & is easy to operate using touch & rotary dial controls. Store up to 45 individual test & print the results using the optional KANE-IRP3 IR printer. The Analyzer test bench is protected using integrated water trap and particulate filter. KANE-LIVE App is included allowing the analyzer to be connected to a smart phone to view, capture & transmit information. Delivered in a durable soft-sided storage bag with analyzer, USB1 charging / communications cable, user manual, 13' sample hose and probe.
