Instructions for aligning all types of trailers:
STEP 1
Place the 5th wheel pin adapter to accurately find centerline.
Attach a laser to the 5th wheel pin adapter.
Mount 2 lasers equal distance from both wheels on the first axle.
Measure from 5th wheel pin adapter laser to axle lasers. (measure triangularly) Adjust first axle to manufacturers specifications as needed.
STEP 2
Remove laser from 5th wheel pin adapter.
Attach the remaining 2 lasers to the trailing axle in same fashion as the first axle.
Measure perpendicularly (cross measure) then adjust to manufacturers specifications as needed. Rear axle will now be aligned perfectly with front axle, the trailer is aligned.
