Long taper punches are drop forged, heat treated, quenched and tempered carbon steel construction. Available in fractional point sizes from 3/32" through 3/8". These are general purpose hand tools with a blunt point and long tapered shank designed for reaching work in hard to get areas, aligning work, and sizing holes in light gauge metal and other soft materials.
