Description

A fast trouble-free way to service high-performance alloy wheels. The R23 reduces fatigue and allows technicians to work more efficiently. The rim clamping and bead breaking operations assure that today’s alloy wheels are undamaged. The R23 features an adjustable tool head design combined with a large 1-1/2 HP motor for superior performance. For added convenience, we added a "geometric" table design, powerful "jet-blast" inflation system and a generous 8-gallon surge tank.

The new Ranger Model DST‐1200 is the result of over a decade of balancer technology experience and dedication to precision, reliability and repeatability. This heavy duty wheel balancer features a highly accurate sensor system that increases productivity and offers unprecedented speed and accuracy, especially when using
sophisticated balance and weight placement techniques required for newer high‐tech OEM and aftermarket wheels. Our proven “Direct‐ Axis” drive system that is accurate to within hundredths of an ounce ensures wheels are balanced vibration‐free.

With the DST‐1200, there’s no guesswork as to how much and where the weights should be placed. The precision LED display marks the exact amount and location in just six seconds ‐ even when trying to hide weights behind the spokes. The exclusive circuit board architecture provides an inherent performance advantage by automatically calculating the minimum amount of weight needed to achieve an optimal balance for the tire and wheel configuration so you use less weight which adds up to real savings and increases your bottom line.

The DST‐1200 adopts the latest 16‐digit digital signal processor and single‐chip technology. The single‐chip circuit board architecture provides an inherent performance and reliability advantage compared to multi‐chip implementations of the same functionality. In addition to overall latency reductions, the single‐chip architecture significantly boosts device throughput. An extremely fast dedicated hyper transport protocol allows data to communicate with the micro‐processor at much faster speeds. This solution offers unmatched integration of features and functionality and results in lower power consumption and dissipated heat.

Ranger Spray Wash Cabinets are warranted for five years
on cabinet enclosure; one years on all operating components to the original purchaser, to be free of defects in
material and workmanship. Ranger Products shall repair or replace at their option for this period those parts
returned to the factory freight prepaid which prove upon inspection to be defective. Ranger Products will pay
labor costs for the first 12 months only on parts returned as previously described.

Ranger Wheel Service Equipment is warranted for one year
on all operating components to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Ranger Products shall repair
or replace at their option for the warranty period those parts returned to the factory freight prepaid which
prove upon inspection to be defective. Ranger Products will pay labor costs for the first 12 months only on
parts returned as previously described.

Ranger Shop Equipment is warranted for one year
to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Ranger Products shall repair or replace at their option for
the warranty period those parts returned to the factory freight prepaid which prove upon inspection to be

defects caused by ordinary wear, abuse, misuse, shipping damage, improper installation, voltage or lack of
required maintenance;
•damages resulting from purchaser’s neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions
provided in the owner’s manual(s) and/or other accompanying instructions supplied;
•normal wear items or service normally required to maintain the product in a safe operating condition;
•any component damaged in shipment;
•other items not listed but may be considered general wear parts;
•damage caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants.
THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT EXTEND TO ANY COSMETIC DEFECT NOT INTERFERING
WITH EQUIPMENT FUNCTIONALITY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT, FAILURE, OR
MALFUNCTION OF A BENDPAK INC PRODUCT OR THE BREACH OR DELAY IN
PERFORMANCE OF THE WARRANTY.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. BendPak makes no warranty
on components and/or accessories furnished to BendPak by third parties. These are warranted only to the extent
of the original manufacturers warranty to BendPak. Other items not listed but may be considered general wear
parts. BendPak reserves the right to make design changes or add improvements to its product line without
incurring any obligation to make such changes on product sold previously. Warranty adjustments within the
above stated policies are based on the model and serial number of the equipment. This data must be furnished
with all warranty claims.
