Description:
The Atlas TC589XDAAWL wheel clamp tire changer is the Atlas TC589X wheel clamp tire changer that has been equipped with the pneumatic Atlas RF assist arm plus another Atlas RF assist arm that includes a bead roller and second bead lifting/pressing disc, and the Atlas wheel lift kit. The addition of the Dual RF assist arms and the wheel lift kit makes the Atlas TC589XDAAWL one of the most powerful wheel clamp tire changers in the marketplace. The Atlas TC589XDAAWL tire changer is capable of handling tires up to 46" in diameter and also has a clamping range of 12" to 27".

The Atlas TC589XDAAWL is the perfect wheel clamp tire changer for most general automotive service departments and medium sized tire stores. The Atlas 589XDAAWL wheel clamp tire changer is capable of changing the majority of the expensive alloy and custom wheels found on today’s vehicles.

The newly designed Atlas TC 589XDAAWL incorporates many great features that are found in our premier Coseng brand of tire changers, including a more powerful motor, improved steel hose connections, the Atlas RF assist arm, and a vastly improved foot pedal assembly.

The Atlas wheel clamp tire changers are designed to change the tires on both high priced alloy wheels and steel wheels without damaging the rim or the tire.

The powerful bead breaker located on the side of the tire changer is designed to break even the most stubborn and rusted beads without damage to the rim.

The turntable jaws (which can be covered with the standard protective plastic inserts) hold the rim securely without damaging the surface of the rim.

The Atlas TC 589XDAAWL comes standard with an inflater hose and gauge.

Wheel Lift:
The air operated wheel lift will lift 150 lb. to quickly and effortlessly position the wheel near the turntable for easy mounting. The Atlas wheel lift can also be installed on many of the other Coseng and Atlas tire changers.

Bead Blaster:
The revolutionary new Bead Blaster design implemented on many of our Atlas and Coseng tire changers provides an enormous amount of air pressure and volume (blasting air through the air holes positioned near the movable turntable jaws) to seat the beads on most stiff sidewall tires. This tremendous volume of air, directed to the inside cavity of the tire, forces both tire sidewalls to press solidly against the wheel so that the tire will “hold air”. Coseng and Atlas are the only two brands of Asian tire changers that offer this exclusive new bead blast design on most of their tire changers. This innovative design allows the operator to seat the beads and easily inflate of even the most stubborn of stiff sidewall tires.

The larger air tank reservoir holds up to 75% more compressed air than most competitive tire changers. The tank is connected to the unique valve system which utilizes an oversized hose system to deliver a huge amount of air pressure and volume in a short amount of time.

This new Bead Blaster design allows a larger volume of air at a higher pressure to be forced into the tire cavity for a longer period of time. This increased pressure and volume of the Bead Blaster system separates many of the Atlas and Coseng tire changers from their competition. One pedal allows the operator to seat the bead and inflate the tire to the factory recommend pressure in a short time.

Please remember to never use more than 50 PSI when inflating the tire to seat the bead. NEVER exceed the maximum inflation pressure recommended by the tire manufacture.

Clamping Range:
The Atlas TC589XDAAWL wheel clamp tire changer (when equipped with the LRA adapter set) has an extended external clamping range of 31 inches.

Optional Adapters:
All Atlas wheel clamp tire changers can be equipped with the Standard Motorcycle Adapter Kit, Standard ATV Adapter Kit, Deluxe Motorcycle Adapter Kit, Deluxe ATV Adapter Kit, or the Large Rim Adapter Set.

NOTE: The use of Deluxe Motorcycle Adapters, Motorcycle Adapters, ATV Adapters, or Large Rim Adapters prevents the use of the air bead blast feature on this tire changer. The Motorcycle, ATV, and Large Rim adapters are slid over the standard wheel clamp jaws on the tire changer table and will block the holes through which the bead blast shoots the jets of air. This means that you will not be able to use the Bead Blaster to help you reseat the bead of a tire when you are using either of these adapter sets.

Shipping:
The Atlas TC589XDAAWL is delivered by a commercial carrier. The customer is responsible for the unloading of the tire changer from the semi truck. Many times the semi truck can be equipped with a power tailgate (at no extra charge) to help lower the tire changer crate to the ground.

Parts:
There is some assembly required on the Atlas TC589XDAAWL wheel clamp tire changer. The manufacturer stocks a complete line of parts for all the Atlas wheel clamp tire changers.

Warranty:
